Our mission:

The Warming Surfaces Company Ltd. is a deep tech start-up, spun out from VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland in November 2022. Our purpose is to improve the lives and health of people and our planet through more efficient warming solutions.
Heating of living spaces accounts for 64% of energy use in EU homes (48% in USA) and heating buildings produces up to 20% of all CO2 emissions in Europe. With current energy hungry heating and high price of energy, over 9% of EU citizens cannot afford to keep themselves warm.
The time to fix these issues is now. Governments around the world are also taking initiative to reduce energy consumption and emissions from the built environment, e.g. EU Green Deal and EU taxonomy for sustainable activities.
Haliaâ„¢ warming technology tackles these major environmental and societal sustainability challenges.
